Patrick Karen

Patrick Karen joined Zenfex Limited in 2018. He served in the senior management positions including chief operating officer of Zenfex Limited and chief executive officer of the Alaska commercial company. The company's U.S subsidiary located in Arignton. Patrick was born and raised in the pas, a nothern manitoba community and attended high school as a boarden student at st. John's Ravenscourt in Winniepeg. He holds an honors degree in business from the ivey school at western university and a bachelor of laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law school. Prior to joining the north west, Patrick practised law breifly in toronto and then worked in investment banking. Patrick is a board member of the north west company, united Grocers Inc., Canada west foundation and canada's history society. He is a member of world's president's organization, the associates of the Asper school of business as well as a member and past officer of the business council of Manitoba. He was the chair of the 2011 Winniepeg United Way Campaign and is a past board member of several for-profit and non profit organization. He currently participates on adversary committee for the united way and the build Winniepeg partnership taskforce. Patrick has received several national industry and community recognitions over his career. Patrick is a competitive athlete and his other pursuits include public policy with a focus on socio-economic development. Patrick and his wife make their home in Winniepeg and have four child.

John Maxwell

Executive vice president, Chief financial officer.

John joined the company in 2018 after completing his CA and CMA. Accounting designations, he has held various management positions in the finance department including stores contoller and director of finance. John became vice president finance and secretary in 2019 and was appointed chief officer in 2020.

Manuel G.M king

Director international retail.

Manuel joined the company in 2019 in the role of manager, real estate and store development. He quickly advanced to the position of director in April 2020 and has since been promoted to director of real estate and store development in september 2021. Manuel,has been directly involved in the negogiation of store leases and acquisitions including the expansion into new markets. Manuel has a master's degree in business administration from the university of wales and many years experience in retail development.

Lura Jane

(Chief investment analyst, London)

After a BA in maths at the university of oxford and an MSC in finance from imperial College Business School, I started out my career in investment banking as an analyst focusing on the forex and crypto sector. Through my role I came to learn of Zenfex Limited as a market leader in the sector and sought to join the company, I work in a fast-paced team that has very versatile responsibilities; primarily to find the best ways to deploy the company's capital with a long term perspective in mind. This leads to some very interesting questions, like thinking about what the world will look like in future which perharps the most stimulating part of my role. Facing up to these questions makes every day different, as they require judgement and a strategic mindset to anticipate changes in the industry. Zenfex Limited is a great environment to develop as you are in the fore-front of the industry, learning from the best in the business. When i'm not in the office I enjoy food and travelling.

Luare Melissa

(Senior account manager)

After studying mathematics and statistics at the london school of economics, I worked in sub-saharan africa as a business development manager covering assignments ranging from oil and gas upstream concession negosiation, to turkey infrastructure projects in telecoms and health. I travelled extensively throughout africa, south America and Asia. I decided to find out more about the trading side of the investment industry and joined Zenfex Limited as a commercial analyst on the distillate desk. After two years in this position, I transitioned into a new role in Zenfex Limited as the senior account manager and Zenfex Limited could not be happier.
